About the role

Earthtech Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, All-Round Machine Operator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a casual role that offers flexible work opportunities to the right candidate. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of machines and equipment to support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating and maintaining a range of construction equipment such as Posi-Tracks, loaders, excavators, rollers and Moxy/Trucks( Graders, Bulldozers also desirable)

Assisting with the set-up and operation of various job sites and construction activities

Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance and repairs

Following all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met

What we're looking for

High experience operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment

Desired Posi/Loader experience in performing detailed earthworks to final trim specification.

Proven ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant construction industry certifications and licenses (e.g., High-Risk Work License)

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Available to Work Perth Metro and Regional W.A . Uplift for working away

C Class License Minimum (HR/MC Desirable) - Upskilling available to the right applicant
