The role

NQ CIVIL & HAULAGE PTY LTD' is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Charters Towers, Queensland. As a Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our rural roadworks projects.

What you'll be doing

Operating graders with precision to grade and shape road surfaces to desired definition.

Monitoring grader performance and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results

Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on the grader to ensure optimal operating condition

Collaborating with the wider construction team to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines

Prioritising safety at all times and adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience (2+ years) operating graders in a civil construction or similar environment

Demonstrated proficiency in reading site plans and interpreting project requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A valid driver's licence, Grader Ticket & white card

A passion for construction and a commitment to workplace health and safety
