Mariner Shores Resort is a small but busy resort in beautiful Miami, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Maintenance Department. If you’re passionate about maintaining high standards, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in property or hotel maintenance.

Trade qualification in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry (preferred but not essential).

Well-presented with a strong “can-do” attitude.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to collaborate closely with housekeeping and front office.

Strong initiative, time management, and organisational skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy work ethic.

Positive and team-oriented attitude.

Must be available to work Monday to Saturday and on public holidays as rostered, covering shifts from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

The Details

Paid under the current Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
