A nationwide Audio Visual company who specialise in virtual, hybrid and in person events - spread across 3 states with 100+ employees.
About the role
The role requires a Venue & Operations Manager to come on board and be positioned at a 5* client site in Sydney CBD. It will be a client facing role where you will be responsible for managing processes across the venue. You will be the go-to person, representing the business to the client proving a 5* service in operations.
Requirements
Event Operations & Management experience
Expert Communication skills - dealing with customers
On site Audio Visual Management experience a plus
Managed teams of Technicians
Implementing processes across the venue.
Bonus
$90,000-$110,000 +Super
On site- CBD based at a top end venue
Opportunity to grow into director level
