We’re looking for a Casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) to join the team at St Mary’s OSHC in Beaudesert.

At St Mary’s OSHC, we provide before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 60 children in a welcoming, child-focused environment.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator:

• Provide nurturing care and support for children
• Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
