About the role
As an OSHC Educator, you’ll:

Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based program that reflects children’s interests and the My Time, Our Place Framework.

Work collaboratively within a passionate team to plan and facilitate engaging experiences for school-aged children.

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.

Hold a current Working with Children Blue Card.

Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement).

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork.

Be willing to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Show a strong commitment to the safeguarding of children, in line with current Child Protection legislation.

Hold (or be studying towards) a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor in a relevant field, or have equivalent experience working with school-aged children.
