A leading engineering company delivering innovative, large-scale solutions across infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors have a rare opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable specialist with SAP (S/4 HANA) implementation experience to join the project team on a 12 month fixed term contract. With a strong focus on quality, safety and sustainability, they partner with clients to design, build and maintain complex projects that shape industries and communities.

The Role
Collaborating with a Project team of four and working closely with thew SAP consultants, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Collaboration with key stakeholders
• BAU Accounts Payable processing in SAP
• Create, monitor and close PO's and GR's
• 3 way matching and testing
• Support SAP reporting and data extraction for project tracking and audits
• Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Support the end-to-end P2P process from purchase requisition through to payment
• Collaborate with procurement, project and finance teams to ensure purchasing compliance
  
  

About you
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Highly experienced in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-pay
• Highly skilled in SAP (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement workflows
• Well developed problem solving and investigation skills
• Experienced in systems implementations
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
