💡 What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing quotes across domestic, commercial, strata and builder jobs

Using our pre-built ServiceM8 templates and per point pricing system

Reading builder plans, interpreting specs, pricing full rough-ins and fit-offs

Including disclaimers, clauses, markups and all the smart details

Following up quotes to maximise approval rates

Helping schedule approved jobs with our admin/ops team

Keeping the quote tracker updated and reporting weekly to management

Supporting the team with variations, builder requests and plan adjustments

🎯 What We’re Looking For

You’ve been on the tools or worked in electrical admin/estimating roles before

You’ve quoted before and understand the real-world side of job costing

You’ve got great attention to detail and solid email/phone communication

You’re comfortable reading plans, scaling drawings and quoting from scratch

You’re reliable, switched-on and not afraid to suggest improvements

Electrical license (past or current)
