We are currently recruiting Customer Service professionals for contract-based positions in Newcastle!
This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong potential to extend.

Selection Criteria

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in a high-volume contact centre or a customer service environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Available for a rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday (rosters rotate; shifts cannot be chosen)
• Available to work full-time on-site in Newcastle
