Salary: AUD 78,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:

T & B Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Green Valley 7-Eleven outlet. This key role ensures smooth, efficient, and profitable store performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

Implement head office pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.

Monitor and analyse sales trends to optimise product selection and performance.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.

Recruit, train, roster, and supervise store staff to ensure operational excellence.

Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and corporate policies.

Provide feedback to the head office on store performance and business improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or higher in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in POS systems and retail operations software.

Financial management and budgeting experience.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of retail compliance and workplace health and safety requirements.
