About the role

Join the dynamic team at Foodies Market as a Dairy Assistant. This full-time position is based in Lynwood WA 6147, where you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the dairy section of our lively supermarket.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the stocking, rotation, and display of dairy products to ensure optimal freshness and availability

Heavy lifting capability is required for handling dairy product deliveries and restocking activities

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and making recommendations

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dairy fridges and shelves

Liaising with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and identify any ordering needs

Supporting the wider store team as needed with tasks such as checkout assistance

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the grocery or food industry

A minimum of 1+ years retail or customer service experience is required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

A passion for food and an interest in the dairy industry

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
