Job Title: Retail Lighting Sales Consultant

Location: Modern Lights, Malaga WA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Lighting Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently. There will be some heavy lifting and climbing of ladders required.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their lighting needs and provide tailored solutions.

Demonstrate and explain lighting products, including features, benefits, and installation.

Assist customers with problem-solving, including addressing concerns and handling warranty issues.

Process sales transactions and manage inventory effectively.

Maintain a high standard of store presentation and product displays.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in lighting or home décor.

Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to solve problems.

Knowledge of lighting products and related warranties.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good computer skills with the ability to navigate the internet and use Microsoft, office etc
