What You’ll Do:

Provide outstanding customer service to our valued clients in-store and over the phone.

Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice for their renovation and DIY projects.

Process sales efficiently and accurately using our POS system.

Proactively solve customer enquiries and recommend effective solutions.

Maintain the showroom, ensuring displays are well-stocked, clean, and presentable.

Participate in regular product and safety training sessions.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a retail, sales, or trade environment (knowledge of home improvement, tiles, or plumbing supplies is a plus!).

A friendly, confident, and genuinely helpful approach to customer service.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Comfortable using POS systems and other computer software.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Availability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.

Must have full Australian working rights.
