What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed management accounts and financial reports to support decision making

Analyse financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to senior management

Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery

Support business planning and provide financial models for strategic initiatives

Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide guidance

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic business insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with financial systems and data analysis tools

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

CPA or CA qualification preferred
