About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Management Accountant to support commercial decision-making and deliver financial insights across the ANZ business. This role will play a critical part in providing accurate, timely and meaningful analysis to stakeholders, while navigating competing priorities in a complex and fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality management accounting, financial reporting and analysis
• Support product costing and margin analysis to drive commercial outcomes
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Balance competing stakeholder requirements with a solutions-focused approach

About You

• CA or CPA qualified Accountant
• Experience gained within FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical industries (essential)
• Strong background in management accounting, with exposure to product costing (highly desirable)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Working Arrangements

• 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH
• Regional travel as required
