Your day-to-day

Manage a portfolio of complex casualty claims from end to end

Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and supporting growth

Investigate, assess, and negotiate fair, timely claim outcomes

Liaise with legal counsel, third parties, and internal stakeholders

Deliver exceptional communication and service to customers and partners

Collaborate with the claims team to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement

About you

Experience in casualty, personal injury, professional indemnity, or liability claims (complex portfolios preferred)

Legal liability background ready to transition into an insurer

Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused, proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Tertiary qualifications in law, insurance, or related field highly regarded
