They’re now seeking their first dedicated in-house Senior Claims Consultant (with a view to step into a Team Lead role) to join their journey of growth.

The Role

Manage end-to-end claims with a focus on quality, empathy, and outcomes.

Design and refine claims processes from scratch — including implementing a new claims system the way you envision it.

Build strong relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring a seamless claims experience every time.

Help prepare the business for national expansion, establishing scalable systems, reporting, and best practices.

Fully on-site role in Brisbane or Bundall, with occasional international travel (approx. once every two years).

About You

You’re driven, proactive, and ready to make your mark. You’ll bring:

3+ years’ experience handling claims in a TPA, insurer, or similar environment.

Ideally, senior or leadership experience within claims.

A solid understanding of claims processes, with the confidence to innovate and improve them.

A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and adaptability.

Exposure to motor and/or property claims (advantageous).

Familiarity with Wilbur or similar claims tech a plus.
