Ideal Candidate

• 2 years minimum experience managing commercial motor claims
• Open to candidates who have commercial property claims experience also
• Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of commercial claims, including property and motor claims within a brokerage setting
• Apply claims policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders
