About your new employer:

About the role:

• Run matters autonomously while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues.
• Act on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including complex commercial, property, and strata disputes.
• Manage client relationships with direct responsibility and strategic input.
• Appear in superior courts and tribunals, handling contested hearings and negotiations

The ideal candidate:

• Associate/Senior Associate/Special Counsel
• Have at least 4+ years’ PQE, with proven general commercial litigation experience (Strata and Property experience, highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and run matters independently.
• Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
