Skills & Experience

Experienced Property Manager required

Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License required.

Current Driver’s License

Excellent customer service, time management, communication & computer skills plus a great attitude to learning & improvement

Tasks

Day to Day portfolio management

Leasing, processing applications

Appraisals & new property listing

Arrears

Maintenance & Compliance

Inspections (Ingoing, Routine & Outgoing)

Business development and growth of rent roll

Salary will be negotiated depending on experience. Access to a car as part of the position.
