What you will be doing:
We're looking for a Business Support Officer to join our design and print studio, helping keep operations smooth, clients happy, and creative projects on track.
Reporting directly to the Design Manager (Operations) this role will be responsible for:
Managing the reception area, and other communal spaces to ensure they meet the requirements of the team and visitors
Providing support for office events, staff inductions, and other operational activities
Assisting with the coordination of projects including scheduling, job tracking and stakeholder communication
Assist with the upkeep of studio databases, files and archives
Contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and operations
We're looking for someone who possesses:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
Experience in a design, print or creative service environment is a bonus – but not essential
A proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
