Associate DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join our clients’ collaborative technology team working in the Financial/FinTech and NFP space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level professional to work across cloud environments and release management processes within an existing, well-defined DevOps structure.

If you have Azure cloud fundamentals and a passion for managing the release lifecycle, they are prepared to invest in your growth, including exposure to the Dynamics 365 platform.

THE ROLE:
This role is for someone excited to step up and be guided in the management of the infrastructure and release pipelines without needing to build the DevOps foundation from scratch.

• Cloud Environment Management: Day-to-day maintenance of our Azure cloud environments.
• Release Management: Improve the end-to-end release process, ensuring consistency, reliability, and speed in application deployment.
• Pipeline Focus: Leverage your understanding of Azure Pipelines and Azure Fundamentals to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows.
• Platform Exposure: Pick up and manage the deployment aspects of our Dynamics 365 platform; proactive learning and leveraging resources like ChatGPT for rapid knowledge acquisition is encouraged.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications to the cloud.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Release Management focused role.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Azure fundamentals and experience with Azure Pipelines.
• CI/CD Mindset: Understanding of the principles of continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous deployment.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, take ownership of cloud environments, and apply your skills to new challenges, including Dynamics 365.
• Cultural Fit: Ready to join an established setup and focus on improving execution and environment management rather than initial setup.
• Bonus Skills: Exposure to or experience with Dynamics 365 deployment or administration
