About the Role

Building Materials Sales Rep – Hybrid Field & Warehouse-Based

Work 1–2 days a week from our Campbellfield warehouse or St Kilda Rd office

Manage inbound leads, quote builders, and chase opportunities

Prospect locally and follow up on-site with existing and new clients

Balance phone-based sales with face-to-face relationship building

Be across real product, real projects, and real impact - not just sitting behind a desk

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in B2B sales, ideally with trade, construction, or building products

Experience working for or selling into trade wholesalers or builders

Confident communicator who actually enjoys picking up the phone

Driven, organised, and relentless on follow-up

Happy to be on the road, on-site, or in the warehouse

CRM experience preferred (training provided on Xero/Fishbowl)

Must hold a current driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle
