We’re seeking a high-performing Solar Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive energy solutions that genuinely make a difference in the Bundaberg greater area.

With a generous base salary of $100K, 10% commission on total sales once KPIs are met, and a realistic OTE of $250K+, this is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated salesperson looking for stability, reward, and purpose. A company vehicle is also included to support your success on the road.

About the Role:

Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess their energy needs

Design tailored solar solutions and present proposals with confidence and clarity

Follow up on warm leads and generate new business opportunities

Guide customers through the sales process with integrity and professionalism

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, regulations, and rebates

Work closely with our install and admin teams to ensure a smooth handover and great customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in sales (solar experience highly regarded, but not essential)

Tech-savvy and comfortable presenting solutions using digital tools

Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
