Hourly Rate: Starting from $37.19/hour (Collective Agreement Rates)

Brown Steel is a well-established structural steel fabrication company with over 26 years of experience servicing the construction industry across Toowoomba and beyond. We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our logistics team.

About the Role

Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Work Week: 40 hours (38 paid + 2 banked for monthly RDO)

Reporting to: Production Manager

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics/Transport.

✅ C - Open Driver's Licence

✅ HR - Heavy Rigid Truck Driver’s Licence

✅ Forklift Licence

✅ Construction White Card (General Safety Induction)

✅ Computer Literacy experience with Microsoft 365.

✅ Ability to work to meet deadlines

✅ Sound knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL)

✅ Sound knowledge of OHS policies and a commitment to safety

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated with the supervise and coordinate Logistics personnel

Strong team player with good communication skills

Reliable and safety-conscious

Willing to ensure company policy compliance
