Join a leading player in the retail industry as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you'll play a vital role in driving the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
This temporary position in near Sydney CBD offers a minimum of 3 month term with potential for extension or permanent contract.
Client Details
This organisation is a well-established name in the retail sector, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Operating as a large organisation, they are focused on delivering exceptional service and creating value for their customers and employees alike.
We are looking for experienced in house or agency recruiters who have experience recruiting commercial and procurement vacancies in volume (roles such as Merchandiser, Category Assistants, Buyers, Procurement Specialists).
The role offers hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advertise job vacancies and proactively source talent through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Manage 20-30 requisitions at any one time.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the retail, manufacturing, FMCG industry or similar sectors.
- Agency recruiters will also be considered.
- Experience managing a desk recruiting commercial, marketing and procurement roles such as: Merchandiser, Procurement Assistant, Category Manager and such.
- Experience running a high volume desk in any sector would be highly advantageous.
Job Offer
- Competitive hourly pay rate between AUD 55 and AUD 68.
