Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates
• Presenting shortlists to clients
• Negotiating job offers
• Social media management
• Participating in a range of client and candidate events
• Proactively marketing candidates to our diverse client base
• Keeping regular contact with current and prospective talent
• Strengthening relationships with existing clients and building relationships with new clients

About You:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in a specialist recruitment discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to pursuing a career within the recruitment industry
• An undergraduate degree is desirable but not essential
• A strong track record of senior leadership
