We’re a fast-growing national team with strong momentum and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne construction labour hrie team.

About the Role This is a 360 recruitment role with a focus on labour hire across construction trades.

You’ll manage an established desk with:

• A candidate database of 20,000+ electricians
• A Client database of over 1,000 contacts
• 75+ Companies with signed terms
• A proven track record of consistent placements (5+ per week, 20–30 staff across multiple sites)
• You’ll be supported by a team of 13+ blue-collar trade consultants who share leads, candidates, and market knowledge.

About You:

• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
• Background in the construction sector (preferred)
• Proven success in managing a 360 desk and generating new business ** Important **
• Consistent billing history

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Manage and retain strong client relationships
• Source and place candidates into permanent and temporary roles
• Drive business development through networking, marketing, and lead generation

• Annual Base Salary: $70K–$90K ** Depending on Experience
• On Target Annual Commissions: $40K–$100K
