Duties

Educating potential customers on the benefits of using solar power

Attending to all customer phone and email enquiries.

Following up all leads by making initial contact with prospective customers and conduct site visits where relevant.

Preparing quotes and presenting solutions to customers.

Educating customers on the benefits of solar and making the sale!

Uphold values of the Beyond Solar business in providing ethical & responsible solutions with a strong focus on customer service & the values of people.

Skills & Experience

A positive and "can do" attitude.

A general enthusiasm for Sustainable and Renewable Energy.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Strong computing skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Great telephone and in person manner with a strong focus on customer service,

A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude to reaching and exceeding targets.

Requirements

Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.
