As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to bring their experience, energy, and expertise to our successful Wyong team.

About the Role

As an experienced Sales Consultant, you’ll take the lead in driving sales performance and mentoring team members while delivering a premium customer experience. Your day will include:

Managing customer relationships from first enquiry through to delivery and beyond

Leading by example to achieve and exceed sales targets

Assisting in training, mentoring, and motivating junior sales staff

Maximising profitability through value-added products and exceptional customer care

Maintaining accurate records and following up leads promptly

About You

Proven track record of success in automotive sales (used vehicles preferred)

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive

Current driver licence

Willingness to work weekends (Sundays off)
