As a Claims Consultant, you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

This role will include, but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
• Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
• Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Property or Strata claims related role highly desirable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
