At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment across Personal Injury and General Insurance. We’ve partnered with a leading Underwriting Agency who are currently looking for a clains handler with experience in either Property, Strata or Landlord Claims.

The Role:

• Manage property, contents and landlord claims end-to-end.
• Build meaningful relationships with the insured, the brokers and service suppliers
• Take proactive steps to progress claims efficiently while meeting internal benchmarks and turnaround times in line with service expectations.
• Operate within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, legal obligations, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:

• A minimum of 2 years in general insurance claims, with good knowledge of property, strata or landlord insurance products.
• You genuinely care about creating a great experience for customers and supporting them through challenging times.
• You’re adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.
• You’re curious, eager to learn, and always ready to take on new challenges.
