The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a casual role. Our admin team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our theatres and overall hospital.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:
High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
The ability to plan, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
A strong team player mentality, thriving in a multidisciplinary environment.
Initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in handling patient information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SIM Day/FYDO patient management systems (highly desirable).
Essential Criteria
Previous experience in medical administration or a similar role.
A Certificate III in Medical Reception (desirable).
Knowledge of medical terminology, basic accounting skills, and general office procedures.
Current right to work in Australia.
