The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. While your primary location of work will be at Bundaberg, we may require you to provide occasional coverage at our other Coral Coast Physiotherapy clinic in Bargara.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, helping clients achieve their rehabilitation and functional goals.
Your key duties will include, but not be limited to:
Conducting comprehensive assessments, including the use of observational skills, task specific assessments and appropriate standardised outcome measures
Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
Collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Engaging in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinic initiatives
About You
The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who is committed to providing client-centred care and will have:
Minimum 3+ years of Occupational Therapist experience
Relevant Qualification in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA
NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative, strong clinical reasoning skills, and a collaborative approach
A strong commitment to ongoing professional development as well as high quality, evidence-based practice
