From our fun, well-equipped clinic in Springwood and through mobile/community services, we help children (ages 1–17 years) build skills, independence, and confidence through play-based, family-centred therapy. The Role
As a Senior OT, you’ll:
Provide high-quality therapy to children and young people with diverse developmental needs, including but not limited to: autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and learning differences.
Mentor, supervise, and support OTs across different experience levels
Lead and contribute to clinical and business projects, service development, and in-house PD
Play an active role in shaping the direction of our growing service alongside our other senior OTs
Collaborate with parents, schools, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic support
About You
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with significant paediatric experience (5+ years desired in paediatric practice)
Passionate about leadership, mentoring, and making an impact beyond direct client work
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team setting
Interested in driving service improvement and innovation
