About Us
At Upside Down Therapy, we don’t do boring – we do different.
We’re a passionate, family-owned paediatric Occupational Therapy practice where you’ll enjoy flexibility, professional growth, and a bright clinic designed for both kids and clinicians to thrive.
Our purpose-built 400sqm clinic on Brisbane’s northside is designed to inspire movement, play, and connection. With five sensory gyms, a flying fox, foam pit, climbing walls, and bright open spaces, therapy feels fun and engaging for both kids and therapists.

Rewards program designed to celebrate your contributions and boost your earnings.
Weekly clinical supervision with highly experienced therapists.
Fortnightly peer supervision to share ideas, workshop challenging cases, and collaborate with your team.
Fortnightly team meetings to stay connected, contribute ideas, and understand the day-to-day running of the practice.
Regular PD and team culture days to learn, share and grow together.
Structured career pathways with opportunities to supervise, lead, specialise, or design programs.
Flexibility to choose your days and shape your schedule in a way that works best for you.
A bright, purpose-built sensory clinic designed for kids and clinicians to thrive.
A practice that values neurodiversity and creating meaningful change.
Your Day-to-Day
Deliver individual, peer and group therapy sessions using sensory, motor and play-based approaches.
Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to support children’s goals.
Contribute to program design and clinical resources.
Mentor and support colleagues if in a senior role.
