Team Leader Aquatic and Facility Operations – Full Time
Salary: $113,061 - $119,529 per annum
Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader Aquatic and Facility Operations to join the Leisure Centre team in delivering exceptional aquatic and facility services. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing aquatic operations, facility maintenance, contractor engagement, and customer service delivery. This includes providing expert advice, driving strategic planning and operational direction, upholding high standards of safety and compliance, optimising service delivery, and overseeing people and financial management across these key areas.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
Strong capability in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic plans and operational projects aligned with organisational goals, particularly within aquatic and facility operations.
Extensive experience in developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets, including procurement and financial administration in line with business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to support facility management objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of legislation, standards, and codes relevant to aquatic and leisure facility operations, including WHS, hazardous materials, and aquatic plant systems.
