About the Role:
You’ll oversee and work alongside a team of 4 skilled painters, managing both interior and exterior residential painting projects across North Brisbane and the Redcliffe surrounds.

Your role will focus on ensuring top-quality finishes, maintaining efficiency, and keeping clients happy.

This position suits someone who enjoys taking charge, making decisions on-site, and working with autonomy while keeping communication open with management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 4 painters to complete residential painting projects.

Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring every job meets our “Perfection is Possible” promise.

Manage day-to-day site operations, including job setup, task allocation, and quality checks.

Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding progress, issues, and timelines.

Ensure all jobs are completed within budgeted timeframes.

Perform ad hoc painting-related tasks as required.

Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional work environment at all times.

Requirements

Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (Essential)

Own Ute or Van (Essential)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential painting (interior & exterior)

Proven ability to lead and manage a small team effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

Reliable, trustworthy, and confident in making on-site decisions

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to go the extra mile and take ownership of outcomes
