Key Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting for surface preparation and priming
• Apply protective and industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Select suitable materials for each project based on surface requirements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish
• Maintain equipment and report defects promptly
• Comply with all site and safety standards

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in painting/blasting
• Proven ability operating blasting equipment and industrial coatings
• Strong understanding of surface prep and protective coating processes
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
• EWP High-Risk Licence
• Confined Spaces (Desirable)
• Working at Heights (Desirable)
• White Card
