With a burgeoning pipeline in the large scale retail space, this leading studio has just been given the go-ahead on a high profile retail and mixed use project.

In order to exceed expectations, they require a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the client and consultants while delivering this complex project.

Strong experience on large-scale retail projects is a must, as are strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills. They need an accomplished professional who can lead from the front!

Ideally you will have key concept design exposure, along with a management focus across key delivery stages through to completion.

Whilst Revit isn’t required from a "hands-on" sense, previous experience leading projects in an advanced Revit environment would be advantageous and is most highly sought.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Attending and leading Client and Consultant meetings throughout design and delivery
• Providing technical oversight and design solutions
• Quality assurance of project deliverables to ensure smooth delivery
• Project planning and resourcing across the project team
• Coordination of various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and compliant design outcomes
• Overseeing project delivery on site

Salary expectations in the range of $130,000 - $150,000 plus Superannuation.
