As Compliance and Quality Assurance specialist, you will play a vital role in strengthening child safety and quality outcomes across a growing network of early learning centres.

This position supports compliance with regulatory standards, leads investigations, and partners with campus leaders to ensure best practice across all services. A mix of operational oversight and advisory work, this role will make a genuine impact on quality, safety and compliance across multiple locations.

What is the role?

• Lead and support investigations into incidents, complaints and regulatory matters across multiple campuses;
• Partner with Campus Directors to identify and implement corrective actions following audits, incidents or compliance reviews;
• Monitor adherence to child safety, quality and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and standards;
• Support campuses in managing child protection matters, including mandatory reporting and escalation processes;
• Contribute to the embedding of Child Safe Standards across the organisation;
• Conduct campus quality reviews and provide practical feedback to improve performance;
• Provide advice and resources to strengthen understanding of compliance, child safety and best practice;
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to review and enhance policies and procedures;
• Deliver workshops and training through internal learning programs to support continuous improvement; and
• Travel to campuses across NSW, QLD and VIC as required to provide on-site guidance, assessments and support

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, audit or regulatory roles;
• Experience in early childhood education, aged care, NDIS, healthcare or the school system would be an advantage;
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work across multiple priorities;
• A skilled communicator with confidence handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy; and
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and preparing accurate reports.
