About the Role:
We are looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This position will focus on converting qualified leads into successful sales. You’ll have the opportunity to meet clients at various sites, display homes, and our head office.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifying leads and providing tailored quotations

Conducting sales presentations and tender submissions

Finalising sales agreements and paperwork

Building and nurturing relationships with land developers and clients

Representing the company at display homes, sites and client meetings

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales

Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset

A client-first approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proven ability to work weekends and after hours when required

Previous experience in new home sales with a project builder (preferred, but not essential)

A positive, can-do attitude, strong customer service focus and high integrity

Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and professionalism
