Situated on 30 acres between Rouse Hill and Windsor, Arndell caters for a growing population of almost 1300 students – with over 500 in Junior School (Prep to Year 6) and just under 800 in Secondary School (Years 7 to 12). The Invitation

Arndell Anglican College invites applications for the position of Enrolments Manager.

Reporting to the Headmaster, the Enrolments Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the full enrolment lifecycle from initial enquiry through to commencement and exit. This role requires a highly relational professional who can strategically manage enrolments, coordinate key College events, and represent the College to prospective families with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.

In this role, you will:

Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process, including enquiries, applications, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Oversee and maintain the College’s enrolment management portal (Enrol HQ) and associated data analysis.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver key enrolment events such as Open Days/Evening Tours, Orientation programs, and school tours.

Develop and maintain relationships with feeder pre-schools/daycares, primary schools, and the broader community.

Lead scholarship and testing processes in collaboration with Executive staff.

Manage the College’s private bus service, including contractor liaison and communication with families.

Support enrolment marketing initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the College.

About You

As Enrolments Manager, you will bring tertiary qualifications in Education, Business, Marketing or a related discipline (a Certificate IV in Business Administration will be considered) and have at least five years’ experience in enrolment, admissions, or client-focused administration - preferably within a school environment.

You are a confident communicator, highly organised, and detail-oriented. Your interpersonal warmth and commitment to service ensure that each family’s experience of Arndell reflects our Christian ethos and values. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, manage competing priorities effectively, and represent the College with integrity and professionalism.

As a person of active Christian faith, you will contribute to the spiritual life of the College and model servant-hearted leadership in all aspects of your role.
