About the role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our new and super fun team at Our Tribe Coffee Cartel in Kirra, Queensland. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, funky and fun work environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and specialty drinks

Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all beverages

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Collaborating with the team to implement new menu items and improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced Cafe or coffee shop environment

Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and coffee bean varieties

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Passion for the coffee industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve your craft
