The Head of Year plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing, growth, and development of students within their year group. This leadership position focuses on fostering a positive, supportive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With a strong emphasis on pastoral care, the role involves guiding young men through important stages of their education and personal development, helping them become respectful, knowledgeable, and driven individuals
