Your New Role
Working closely with a nationally recognised Partner who brings the unique dual perspective of both town planner and lawyer, you will step into a small yet dynamic team where you’ll gain unparalleled exposure to complex and high-profile matters.

In this exciting role, you’ll work across a diverse mix of planning and environment law, including:

• Statutory planning and legislative drafting for councils and government agencies
• Planning litigation, merits appeals, enforcement and compliance actions
• Development strategy for renewable energy, residential, education, health and infrastructure projects
• Infrastructure planning, funding, charges and acquisition matters

Your Skills Profile

• 2–5 years PAE in planning & environment or a related area
• Strong academic record and technical skills
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• A pragmatic, client-focused approach
• Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and government agencies
