We're looking for an experienced Asset & Equipment Finance Broker Support professional to join our team. You'll work closely with brokers, lenders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing from application through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

Take instructions from brokers and prepare finance applications

Submit applications via multiple lender portals

Follow up on required documentation and manage compliance checks

Track applications from submission to settlement

Liaise with vendors, customers, and lenders to keep deals moving

Provide admin support to brokers and senior management

Maintain accurate records and keep all parties updated

What We're Looking For:

Must have experience in asset finance broker support (essential)

Strong understanding of lender policies and submission processes

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to juggle multiple applications and deadlines

Great communication skills (written and verbal)

Proactive, team player, and keen to grow with the business

Proficiency in finance CRM systems and lender portals (e.g., Comm Intro, Fast Track)
