About the Position: Shore Lawyers is looking for an experienced Conveyancer / Property Lawyer to join our team in North Sydney, NSW. You will play a vital role in supporting the clients through the conveyancing process. Engagement on a hybrid basis may be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years in property law/conveyancing

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong ability to meet deadlines

Proactive and self-motivated approach

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions

Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases and other conveyancing and property related instruments

Conducting property searches via Infotrack

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address queries

Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Working side by side with Shore Lawyers team including property lawyer and senior solicitors
