A leading national law firm specialising in strata and community title law, with expertise across insurance law, commercial dispute resolution, debt collection, building & construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions/litigation, planning and property law, is seeking a driven lawyer to join the Commercial Law & Property team as part of their strategy to grow this area of the business.

About the Role:
You will work on a range of matters, including:

• By-law drafting and registration
• Development of stratum schemes including multi-level management
• Conveyancing and strata plans of subdivision, including redevelopment and sale of common property
• Property and strata title advice
• Company title advice, drafting constitutions, and conversion to strata title
• Sale of business agreements and general property/commercial contracts
• Preparation of management documentation, leases, and licences
• Planning law matters

About You:

• Minimum 2 year PAE experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Resilient and proactive in developing transactional work expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
