We’re seeking a commercially astute and detail-driven professional to take ownership of procurement activities and contract variations, ensuring smooth delivery and financial control across this high-profile build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes including tendering, subcontractor engagement, and contract execution.
• Manage and price up contract variations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with site teams and consultants to ensure alignment on scope and cost implications.
• Maintain contract documentation and support reporting requirements.
• Attend site 2 days per fortnight to stay connected with project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior CA in health or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of procurement and variation pricing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across office and site environments.
